A delightful Cava named after our restaurant. The fruity taste and creamy bubbles transport the drinker straight to Spain and sun.

An elegant sparkling wine with green apple, citrus and a subtle toastiness. Rich, small bubbles and a versatile taste make it the perfect companion for fish and shellfish.

Sweet, fruity and floral. Lovely on its own, but tastes great with desserts also.
Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada / Penedés
A youthfully lively cava with berry and red apple notes. The dry, fruity and slightly floral taste is at its best as an aperitif and with tapas.
Monastrell/ Catalonia
A premium sparkling wine, born in the heart of Cava. Made using the champagne method and long aging time, respecting terroir and organic farming. Lively bubbles and a subtle nuttiness in the aftertaste.

An elegant, long-lasting and fruity with small bubbles and enchanting citrus aromas.

Rioja’s renowned and elegant white wine. The aroma has toasted oak, vanilla and apricot.
The taste is rich and creamy. An excellent wine for fish dishes and white meat.

dark cherry and oak. Dense and stylized taste, fine-grained tannins and the poise brought by oak nicely integrated with the rest of the wine. A real treat with dark meat dishes.

The Priorat region, which appeals to wine enthusiasts, is known for its high-quality wines.
Blueberry, black pepper, dried fig. Rich mouthfeel and ripe tannins. A good choice for grilled red meat.

The wine combines the Bousquet family’s French background with modern Argentine winemaking. A spicy, rich and peppery wine that goes well with anything grilled.

A beautifully matured top wine from Rioja’s number one producer. Strong, developed aroma with oak spiciness and ripe fruit. The taste is rich and elegant, the tannins are finely rounded and the whole is very balanced. We recommend it with purebred cattle or game dishes.
