A grilled dark gnu antelope fillet wrapped in a slice of bacon. Topped with a slice of lightly fried fresh duck liver and served with a Swiss potato cake.

Prepared for a minimum of two persons.
A whole beef fillet steak grilled on a matador's sword. The steak is flamed with cognac in a skillet in the dining room. Served with a sumptuous potato and onion pie.

Rabbit roast simmered slowly in the oven and Spanish chorizo sausage straight from a hot skillet, served with baked onions, bell peppers, and other vegetables.

Kangaroo fillet roasted whole and served in slices. Served with grilled pineapple, mashed potatoes, and a sherry sauce.
